Knowing the technique to dominate the shape.

Technique, from the greek τέχνη (téchne), “art” in the sense of “skill”, “know-how”, “know how to operate.” Knowing the technique means to know how to make things. The technique is the art of modelling the material and shaping the form.

Usually a new idea comes from the need to satisfy a new desire. However it often happens that the idea is used to ask the wrong questions: “How can you make a lighter frame? How can you make a stiffer frame? ” Although these questions are of fundamental importance, actually their specificity precludes the exploration of other possible solutions, focusing on a few specific aspects of the project activity.
In fact, the questions we should be asking should be “How can you be faster? How to consume less energy? “ Exploring the meaning of these questions is the primary goal of Eurocompositi that evaluates the quality of the ideas throughout the design process, and with scientific method we find solutions and verify them through rigorous analysis.
Making use of special tools for calculation and advanced programs of computer graphics, the idea flows through the project becoming the optimal solution.

Created in Padua in early 2011 on the initiative of the engineer Marco Genovese, the design studio Eurocompositi has specialized in offering a highly professional service, able to coexist rationality and functionality with aesthetics and attention to the shapes. With these features we want to recontextualize the meaning of the word “design”, which is often mistakenly interpreted only as an exercise in style or graphics, but instead it has the meaning of “design”, or go forward over the obstacle . In addition, thanks to the great experience in the field of the cycle industry and a methodological approach based on the solution of problems through analysis, Eurocompositi has developed an attentive competence to the needs of construction companies, providing support that is not limited to the design only, but which starts from the identification of market trends and objectives to be achieved and comes up to the development of all promotional material, necessary to present the finished product.
In particular, for the latter aspect, characterized by the graphical development, the photo-realistic rendering and transmission of design concepts to catalogs, websites and other forms of communication, Eurocompositi has a remarkable potential, experiencing first-hand the importance of being able to successfully communicate the developing of your own ideas.
But at the core of the professional activity of Eurocompositi there is analysis: it is fundamentally important because it assists and supports the project activity. In general we can distinguish two types of analysis: first, the basic analysis, it is mainly dedicated to the collection and processing of the data and the prior information and the second, iterative analysis, develops parallel to the project activity and provides answers to the questions that were asked at the beginning.
In practice, with the basic analysis lays the foundation on which the new project will be developed, while with the iterative analysis we test with the iterative analysis we test the proposed solutions from this project for a number of times equal to the fulfillment of initial applications.
The product innovation has always been very important to Eurocompositi. Thanks to the research and development we were able to open up new perspectives that have allowed us to expand the project activity, offering innovative solutions and cutting edge.

Also, as you can guess from the name, Eurocompositi has a particular focus on composite materials. Operating at 360°, the project activity in the area of the cycle industry has been able to take advantage of technology transfers coming from other areas such as nautical, aeronautical and automotive industries of Formula 1.

Eurocompositi strongly believes in the knowledge and use of technical language. Dominating the technique allows the designer to give a rational meaning to the shape that through aerodynamic, functional and geometric solutions for increased rigidity and reduced weight of the frames, goes beyond the limit creating a new aesthetic beauty no longer dictated from simple good taste.
